Making the policy easy to find
Ensure the policy is prominently situated and easy to locate on the university website.
Students in some focus groups commented that they were unaware of their university SV/SA policies. We even heard from some students that they had attempted to locate their policies in advance of the focus group and had been unable to do so. Situating the policy prominently on the website would help to raise awareness about its existence and make it easier for members of the university community to locate as needed.
