The seriousness of revenge
I think this policy has not shed light on the seriousness of revenge or the retaliation from the person accused. I think all the respondents [should] be informed of the university's position regarding the seriousness of any allegations of revenge against the person who got hurt, a witness, or other involved.
Recommendations

If no such statement exists, encourage development of an official statement prohibiting and clearly outlining consequences for retaliation against complainants. Highlight this statement in information and awareness materials and sessions.
