This is absolutely not something we are proud to talk about
The first characteristic the person should have who supports the person in trouble is the sensitivity. That you can be really sensitive, or you can really understand what the other person who's in trouble feels or thinks before you say something, before we judge something. That you can share your [unclear] with that person; that the person feels that you exactly feel the same way. Maybe not exactly but, mostly feel the same way. They can actually confide in you. And the second characteristic is the respect, right? Don’t remind [the person] what happened and don’t pass judgement or cast doubt on their story. This is absolutely not something we are proud to talk about and I think the biggest difference we can make at the very first place is to believe the survivor. Yeah, that’s all I want to say.
