Causing the other person trouble is traumatizing

I think people should maybe be more aware of informal resolution because I never really knew that existed or that it was an option. I mean, it's a good way for people not to get in trouble and resolve the conflict that is going through both of you. I know lots of times, victims don't necessarily want to see the other person go through trouble. I mean, it's kind of like a burden. Like, you caused them to go through more trouble after they caused you to go through trouble, and it's traumatizing.
