The number one thing
I think in [the] situation [that a friend has been sexually assaulted], the number one thing is to just ensure them that they are loved and you hear them and you see them and you believe them. In that kind of scenario, it can be a very big shock [...]. So I think you need to constantly remind them that what they went through wasn’t okay, and tell them "I am here for you if you need anything."
