Would this be considered assault?

I just had a question. So, when comes to consent, if someone is forced to act, and the person says "no," but you said that you can withdraw your consent and everything, but let's say that during that action, the person understands I should not be forceful, and I should stop. So, would this be considered assault?

Recommendations

  • Use an app or other tool that allows students to anonymously ask questions about sexual violence and university policies against sexual violence.

  • Create and promote avenues for comprehensive consent education.
