Sachu Krishna

Facilitator Research Assistant

My name is Sachu Krishna, i graduated from CBU during this summer may 2020 and i took Public Health, now i work full time as an Assistant Physiotherapist at CBI Health, near Regional Hospital and planning to clear the national exams for Physiotherapy and work as a Physio in the Island.

When I was at the end of my last semester, I thought I hadn't either done any contributions to the institution or wasn't a part of any groups or society and my college life was about to end, So i wanted to do something but didn't know what.

Luckily one of my close friends Gurmit mentioned about a focus group and asked if i could conduct one (Representing South Indian Male community) to form a New sexual Assault Policy in the campus, that paved the way for everything. We formed a focus group of 5 and while conducting it, a lot of brilliant thoughts and recommendations came up, which will be so helpful for the coming batches from our community since their ideologies are represented and accommodated. Now our voices will stay back even though we graduated from the campus.

Without the whole team it was not possible, so sending a Big Shout Out to the whole CAPSAP Team!! You Guys are Awesome!!!
