Where is the line for alcohol and sexual assault drawn?
I feel like a good question to ask is, where the line drawn for alcohol and sexual assault is drawn. If two people are drinking and they engage in sexual activity together and one person is under the impression that it was consensual and the other person says, "No, I was drunk, but they were using substance," how would you differentiate whether or not that was sexual assault? Where both participants were under the influence of a substance?"
