A representative for each culture

I think there should be a representative for each culture at the Mount, [...] so that if you are speaking to someone, the person understands where you are coming from and the person can actually talk to you in a way that you understand. The person would be, like, a "middle-man." They will understand where you are coming from and also understand the way it works in Canada. So, the person would be in a position to give you the best solution or the best way forward, instead of you meeting someone who has no knowledge of your background, who doesn't understand where you are coming from and just tells you what a Canadian would do, and you are like "I can't do this" and then you just let it go.
