How are we going to prevent this tragedy?
I think the whole policy is actually talking about "What do we do after it has happened," but not mention how we going to prevent or minimize the occurrence of this tragedy. [...] Of course we are not hoping that there is something bad really happened, then we do something right. So, my question is, do we have, like education or training on the regular basis, which is associated with those topics? And do we have the annual education strategy that includes campaigns, training sessions, workshops, something like that provided for our students? And do we have trained facilitators that they are really experienced or sophisticated in this areas, that they really have this understanding, knowledge, or skills that can really help people?
