Be transparent
Participant 1: They need to be clear about how they deal with the person who performs the sexual assault. They have to be transparent about it.
Participant 2: Exactly, like, [...] hints as to how [the university] is actually going find the person behind it, and/or how they are going to deal with it so that the victim doesn't feel like it's just about opening up. Although that is good for mental health, it's not good when it comes to the justice thing. So, I think there should be something that makes it clear that the person who did wrong is going to be punished.
