Just try to be a safe place
Try not to interject your own opinions or your own little comments about the situation. I'm thinking more so security people who could be the first contact after something like this happens- they might not know that they are perpetuating rape culture. So they should just try and be a safe place for them [the victim/survivor] without saying anything about that situation specifically.

Display QR codes providing immediate access to on- and off-campus supports and policy information in high-traffic areas on campus.

Present learning materials in a way that is helpful to a friend supporting a victim/survivor.

Emphasize the victim's right to decide whether they would like to report the incident after they have disclosed it to the university. Ensure the victim is aware of the formal and informal routes for reporting, including the option of reporting to the police. Clearly communicate any limits to confidentiality.
