We are respondents more often because we don’t disclose or report

Typically, well, men, the male demographic, are the respondents more often than [unclear]. Sexual harassment reports well - sexual harassment experienced by the male demographic usually doesn’t get reported or anything like that. [unclear] is weakness. So, I’d say we are respondents more often due to [the fact] that men don’t report it or even disclose it.

Recommendations

  • Offer versions of policies presented in plain language and translated into languages commonly prefered by students. Ensure that these documents meet accessibility standards that consider the needs of students with disabilities and diverse learning styles.
