I don’t want to see this person around me

I think it should be automatic. For example, if I'm in school and this person- either they go to school or they don’t, the school should be a safe environment for me. I don’t want to see this person around me or in my safe environment where I’m just supposed to be learning and socializing. I do not want to see a person who committed a mistake or who has hurt me.

Recommendations

  • Describe possible legal and institutional consequences for respondents found to have engaged in sexual violence. Provide indication of the range of consequences likely to follow a range of policy violations.

  • Identify potential interim measures, provide an indication of how these measures are selected and implemented and establish a reasonable timeframe for implementation.
